CHIHLI: AR dollar, year 34 (1908), Y-73.2, L&M-465, imperial dragon type, short center spine variety, in the name of Kuang Hsu, NGC graded EF-45. These were minted by the Bei Yang Machine Bureau in Tientsin (Tianjin) and were marked "Pei Yang" in Chinese and English.
